Sandra BlikåsFugl og Fisk is designed by Sandra Blikås. Its name translates as “bird and fish”, the two forms that structure the pattern. Positive and negative space allow one motif to become the other, drawing on the visual logic associated with M. C. Escher and making the boundary between figure and background deliberately difficult to locate.
